EU market preparation
for Korean cosmetics.

NaruDesk helps Korean cosmetics brands prepare and maintain product files for EU review. It organises the latest documents, identifies missing or inconsistent information, and coordinates Korean-side follow-up with the brand and manufacturer before and during the EU partner's review.

How NaruDesk can help.

  1. 01

Based in Seoul, NaruDesk works in Korean, English and French and checks official EU sources.

  2. 02

NaruDesk reviews your product documents and shows you what is ready, what is missing and what needs an update.

  3. 03

NaruDesk helps your brand, manufacturer and EU partner work with the same information and the latest files.

What NaruDesk handles, and the limits of its role.

EU market access does not need another vague promise. It needs a clear record of who checks what, and who owns each decision.

What NaruDesk handles

  • A document register. Versions, sources, access dates, hashes.
  • A gap matrix. What is missing, and who has to send it.
  • An issue list. Every line labelled FACT, RULE, GAP, QUESTION or HUMAN.
  • An action list by owner, including estimated external costs.
  • Document requests and follow-up. Collection, version control, cross-checks and handoff.
  • A written weekly update in Korean, without regulatory jargon.

What NaruDesk does not do

  • Make the final compliance determination.
  • Perform the product safety assessment.
  • Submit your CPNP notification.
  • Give legal advice.
  • Act as your Responsible Person.
  • Promise that your EU launch will succeed.

Deadlines do not arrive alone. They queue up.

These dates and links come from official texts. A date alone cannot tell you whether a particular product needs to change. That requires the product file.

  • Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation generally applies

Separate from the Cosmetics Regulation. It concerns packaging obligations, not compliance of the cosmetic formula. Some obligations follow separate timetables.

    Regulation (EU) 2025/40 · EUR-Lex
  • Amended Annex III fragrance allergens, placement transition

Affected products covered by the transition may be placed on the market until this date and remain available until 2028.07.31. These are different transition points. Confusing them can disrupt a launch timeline.

    Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 · EUR-Lex
  • Common ingredient names glossary applies

In practice, this is the point to recheck ingredient naming on your EU artwork against the final manufacturer INCI.

A dossier your team can control.

NaruDesk does not replace the EU regulatory partner. It keeps Korean-side documents, owners, versions and next actions clear so the partner can review structured and current information.

01

One current file per product

Each SKU has a clear register showing the latest document version, source and status.

02

Every open item has an owner

Missing or inconsistent information is assigned to the brand, manufacturer or EU partner with a next action.

03

Korean follow-up continues

NaruDesk handles document requests and manufacturer confirmations in Korean before and during review.

04

Regulatory decisions stay with the EU partner

The Responsible Person and qualified safety assessor retain their regulatory and safety decisions.

Choose the support you need.

Not sure where to start? NaruDesk first reviews the public information for one product and sends you a free one-page summary. No payment or contract is required.

Documents needed to start

Final manufacturer INCI with CAS/EC numbers, EU artwork, claims, and test report conclusions. The quantitative formula and confidential test data go directly to the RP and assessor. NaruDesk does not receive them.

When NaruDesk is not the right fit

NaruDesk is not the right fit if you need a guaranteed EU launch, are looking for a Responsible Person, or cannot obtain final manufacturer data. Borderline products, including SPF, whitening, anti-acne and hair-loss products, require RP involvement from the start.
